I don’t think the pigeon should stay up late because…
If the pigeon stays up late then when the pigeon wakes up he will be grumpy and tired.If he wakes up tired then he won’t be able to do fun activities
Maybe if the pigeon is good and goes to bed then he will get to stay up later than usual.
